Independently conduct in-depth research on segmented fields and deliver insightful industry analysis and strategic research reports for corporate decision-making. Identify technological innovation opportunities to support the company’s technology layout, new business incubation and R&D investment prioritization. 3. Source and Evaluate High-Quality Scientific Research Resources: Connect with universities, research institutes and sci-tech innovation platforms nationwide to discover and fully evaluate outstanding research teams in intelligent technology fields. Build and maintain a database of industry experts, organize industry-university-research exchanges and technical seminars, and continuously accumulate high-quality sci-tech innovation resources. 4. Full-Lifecycle Management of Sci-Tech Projects: Track the progress, control risks, and coordinate internal and external communication for cooperative sci-tech projects. Oversee the full lifecycle of innovative projects from R&D iteration to industrial implementation. Explore commercialization opportunities for technological achievements, connect industry-university-research resources, promote the transformation and landing of scientific research results, and drive the upgrading of the company’s intelligent technology business. 5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Mechanism Optimization: Integrate internal and external technical and industrial resources, and cooperate with R&D, business, operation and other departments to promote project implementation, ensuring that technology layout is highly aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Summarize full-process experience in project research, team evaluation and industrial docking, and continuously optimize departmental workflows and institutional systems for sci-tech incubation and strategic layout.
